    Finpecia is used by patients suffering from an enlarged prostate gland, as well as males with pattern hair loss. The drug acts as an active blocker against adrenalin action, so as to help in the relaxation of bladder muscles for the comfortable passing of urine. It is available in tablet form. Finpecia should not be taken by women. The common side effects of the drug include rashes, infertility, mood swings, insomnia and inflammation.
