FENCETA

    Fenceta is prescribed for patients suffering from nerve, joint and muscle pain. The ibuprofen element of this drugs treats pains in the joints, muscles, dental area, nerves and even others like headache and migraine as well as fever related aches and pains. It is available in liquid form as a suspension solution. The medicine should not be taken with blood thinners like aspirin, without medical advice. The side effects include bloating, dizzy spells, nausea, and constipation.

Paracetamol is sufficient to get the fever down in first few days. Chloramphenicol is an old drug for typhoid fever and can have serious side effects so better avoided.
