Severe vomiting needs proper assessment. In this season these are mainly due to viral organism but still you have to be vigilant avoiding dehydration so use ors. Plenty of liquids. Give probiotics like enterogermina. Natural form like buttermilk. Dal ka pani. Normal water lemon water etc etc and get stool r/m done. Avoid lactose containing products for feeding.

Do not stop breast feeding. Your child is absolutely normal and does not require any medication. This condition is called breast milk diarrhea. This is very normal that child who is on exclusive breast feeding may pass 10 times motion per day. You need to consult your pediatrician only when there is blood in stool.
