I would advice you to go for insemination, as you have a retroverted uterus. This will help in proper depositon of semen, which does not happen in normal sex in cases of retroverted uterus. As you r already suffering from pcod, menses can get delayed even with slight change in hormones. You have not mentioned your last menses date. If it is crossed the date by 7 days then urine test to be done and if negative keep repeating every week till you get menses. Myo-inisitol and duphaston have already proven by research to be not effective for treatment of pcod.
