    Take syp digeplex twice a day after meals eat more fresh vegetables and fruits avoid fried spicy and junk food also don't consume excessive tea coffee and areated drinks take tab albendazole once a week for three weeks.

    Dear ,
    if you do have duodenal ulcers then the medications are ok.
    But you need not take all of them.
    Just take cyra d once a day for 4 weeks.
    If it does not resolve then you may be put on an anti h pylori regimen.
    H, pylori is the bacteria most responsible for causing ulcers.

    Please don't worry devlop a habit of walking daily in morning and evening sit in vajrasan (if you have practice of doing this otherwise learn to do it) for 10 minutes after food do light exercise daily by doing this you won't have to take medicines please avoid oily spicy and fast food for few days take salads and fruits, soups, juices more take cap triphala by himalaya 60
    1 1 on empty stomach.

    Dear user we can very well understand your concern for indigestion. Please try to understand that indigestion is more of life style issue than anatomical. It is advisable if you can start exercising on a regular basis along with high fibre diet and liberal fluid intake. Digeplex basically contains digestive enzymes.     Dear patient,
    greetings from lybrate! I would advise you to take tab drego-d once a day for 5 days, syrup mucaine gel 2tsp three times a day for 5 days. This will resolve your symptoms. If not, then you will need to undergo an upper gi scopy. I hope this helps.
