DIABETONE

    Diabetone is a hypoglycaemic agent used in the treatment of diabetes mellitus, as a supportive nutrient therapy. The drug works best when accompanied with proper diet and exercise. It is available in tablets of concentration 15mg and 30 mg. A dose of one 30mg tablet a day with meals, is usually recommended. Patients taking the drug may experience dizziness, nausea, diarrhoea, headache, skin rashes and vomiting as side effects. Diabetone is not recommended for children and patients with edema.

Dear lybrate-user, time to visit your doctor. Your sugar and bp both are uncontrolled. If they remain so, it's going to have long term consequences. You need to up your medication. After examining you your doctor may make a proper plan. Besides rigorous diet and exercise program should complement your medication.

Be specific whether your diabetes is too old or two years old. Because you can get numbness because of uncontrolled diabetes of longer duration resulting in diabetic neuropathy. Some times nutritional def can also can give you similar trouble. Get your hba1c, s, proteins, s creat, tsh, cbc, s. B12 levels done.
