stop cutisoft and melacare. Use sunscreen having spf 40.
Take following medicines
berberis aqui q
10 drops in 1/4th cup of water, drink twice a day
apply berberis aqui q drops take 2 drops in 1 tablespoon of milk cream and mix. Apply this on pigmentation, wash after 2 hrs with plain water. Use this cream calendula and aloevera cream (dr wilmar shawbe)
include fruits, green leafy vegetables, salads in diet.
Drink plenty of water 3-4liters per day.
