    Don't worry itz just a withdrawal bleeding. 3 to 4 days after completing the course of treatment you ll have withdrawal bleeding.

    Please get a high vaginal swab abd USG pelvis done to exclude any pathology. If normal then one option is to tricycle pills that is have pills continuously for three months and then give seven days off to see if that helps.
