CREMADIET
- Cremadiet is commonly referred to patients who are suffering from constipation, muscle spasm in the colon, small tear in the tissue that lines the anus, and swollen vein in the anal region. It is available in the form of powder which reduces the intestinal pH, and lowers the production and absorption of ammonia. It also helps in the absorption of more water and fibre in the intestine. Side effects that may be seen are discomfort in abdomen area, distension in abdomen, bloating, and diarrhoea.

You can take syrup duphulac 2 tsp twice a day, cremadiet 2 tsp twice a day, 2% diltigesic cream and 2 % lignocaine jelly for pr application twice a day. All this is for 7 days.

Try these steps:
Drink two to four extra glasses of water a day (unless your doctor told you to limit fluids for another health reason).
Try warm liquids, especially in the morning.
Add fruits and vegetables to your diet.
Eat prunes and bran cereal.

Drink plenty of water and eat lots of roughage before you go to sleep the previous night. If it fails, you can try cremadiet powder, 1 tablespoon in 1 glass of water before you sleep daily for 2 weeks.
