    Give her homoeopathic medicines - Mag. Phos. 6x and Colocynthis 200 - every 2 hrly. during the time of menses.

    And take Five Phos. and Alfaalfa Tonic - thrice daily for 1 month.

    Hi,all
    Tell your mother to take homoeopathic medicines - Mag. Phos. 6x and Colocynthis 200 - after every 2 hrly during menses.

    And giving you names of general tonic which will maintain her calcium and iron levels better - Five Phos. /thrice daily and Avena Sativa Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water - both medicines to be taken regularly for 1 month.
