CLOFERT

    Clofert is an infertility drug used to cure certain kinds of infertility common in women with polycystic ovary syndrome. This medication helps in stimulating ovulation by urging pituitary glands to release certain hormones. Patients should consult a doctor immediately if they notice change in the amount of urine, vaginal bleeding, vision issues and pelvic problems. Common side effects include dizziness, nausea, bloating and hot flushes.

Only low sperm count doesn't give clear picture, motility and morphology is even more imp than count, similarly dfi test is imp to see for dna fragmentation.
If you want to take medication than can take fertisure m or paternia one tab twice daily for 20 days and repeat semen analysis preferably asa after 20 days.
