CLOFERT

Clofert is an infertility drug used to cure certain kinds of infertility common in women with polycystic ovary syndrome. This medication helps in stimulating ovulation by urging pituitary glands to release certain hormones. Patients should consult a doctor immediately if they notice change in the amount of urine, vaginal bleeding, vision issues and pelvic problems. Common side effects include dizziness, nausea, bloating and hot flushes.

I am 35 years old. It's been 5 years of marriage. But not a child. I treatment from a many doctor but do not result. My wife test from Blood related like Blood Glu (F), Blood Glu (PP), VDRL, HIV, HBs Ag, LH, FSH, Prolactin & TSH then HSG test. And my test VDRL & Sperm. Every report is normal. 3 Doctor Procedure: Give 5 Tablet (Like clifort) started after 5th day of MC. And Vitamins tablet related to pregnancy Like Biopreg Plus. 2 Doctor Procedure: 5 Injection in a week and Vitamins tablet related to pregnancy Like Biopreg Plus. But there is not positive result. A Doctor for suggest to IUI. Please suggest me.

Hi lybrate-user. Welcome to lybrate. I suggest you go for iui right away along with ovulation induction with clofert. But take clofert from day 3 of period and not from 5th day. All the best.

Semen ke saath sperm mix hote hae, patan ke baad sperm khud se aurat ke beej se milap ke liye sharrer mein chale jaate hae aur sirf semen bahar nikal aata hae, chinta ki baat nahi hae , yeh normal hae.

I am 35 years age. I have the problem of low sperm count means infertility. Doctors adviced me to take clofert 25mg. Will it works if not then please suggest another medicine. Thanks.

Only low sperm count doesn't give clear picture, motility and morphology is even more imp than count, similarly dfi test is imp to see for dna fragmentation.
If you want to take medication than can take fertisure m or paternia one tab twice daily for 20 days and repeat semen analysis preferably asa after 20 days.

Age 38 years female, trying to conceive for last six months but unsuccessful. My gynaecologist gave me clofert and anosam tablets to eat after 5 days of periods. I did it bt still could not conceive. Prolactin is 27.8 and AMH is 6.89, thyroid normal.
