    Hi,
there might be viral fever. Please take tablet paracetamol 500 mg 6 hourly after food. If you have flu then the fever should come down. If mild fever is there then you might wait for 2 to 3 days and take rest and good home cooked food. For cough take tablet cetirizine 10 mg at night for cold and cough. If fever is high and increases even after taking paracetamol for one day then please consult your doctor. Drink adequate amount of water and fluids. Regards,

It can be treated by applying a medicated anti-itch cream, such as POLYSPORIN® Itch Relief Lotion or 1 % Hydrocortisone Anti-Itch Cream, or by taking an antihistamine by mouth (e. G. Diphenydramine, cetirizine). Cleanse the rash with a mild soap and water and apply a light fragrance-free moisturizer.
