CARISOMA

    Carisoma comprises of carisoprodol as the active ingredient, and it works as a muscle relaxant. It works on the nervous system and brain and for treating acute musculoskeletal disorders. This medicine is available in 350 mg, 32mg and in 175 mg tablets, and must be taken twice daily. Some side effects are confusion, drowsiness, headaches and muscle weakness. It is recommended to be used by adults and not for children.

It can lead to drowsiness, lightheadedness, dizziness, slow heartbeat, sedation, shortness of breath, unusual thoughts or behavior, nausea, vomiting, flushing, vision changes, easy bruising or bleeding, stomach pain, loss of appetite, constipation, itching, decrease in platelets in blood, dark urine, clay-colored stools and difficulty in urinating.
