BUDESAL

    Budesal comprises of aqueous suspension level of budesonide and leval buterol and is used for relief from bronchospasm. It helps in dealing with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma. It is available in 0.5 mg or 2ml respule form, and must be used for inhalation through nebulizer. Side effects include tiredness, muscle pain and increased urination. It is not recommended for children under 18 years.

Hello lybrate-user, I can see you have given meds for wheeze, hopefully after paediatrician advise. First we have to understand that cough is a protective reflux of the body. Second, the medicine will depend on what causes the cough, whether it's viral uri or allergic type. Sir, I feel your concern. As a neutral doctor I would say that it may go on for a long time or may be for ever. These medicines are wonderful relievers but do not create immunity against allergens or infections.
For that I lay stress on the use of supporting ayurveda treatment. Not that allopathy is bad but as said you should try to create immunity in the child.
