Dear lybrate-user, you might be suffering from urinary tract infection. At this time I suggest you to take simple urine test to see if there is any infection. If there is any infection you may require antibiotics.

I am 21 years old male. I am having problems while urinating. At first (before 3 weeks) it was just like a ticklish/itchy feeling at the top of penis. Now, while urinating I feel like there's some itchiness from the top of penis to the scrotum. The above was the problem.
Could it be a std? Should I test for that?
