Skinshine Cream

এই ওষুধটি ত্বকের রঙ হ্রাস করতে এবং বয়সের দাগ, ফ্রিকেলস বা ক্ষুদ্র চিহ্ন এবং ত্বকের ট্রমা, গর্ভাবস্থা, জন্ম নিয়ন্ত্রণের বড়ি, একজিমা বা হরমোন জাতীয় রিপ্লেসমেন্ট থেরাপির সাথে সম্পর্কিত যে কোনও গাঢ় দাগগুলি দূর করতে ব্যবহৃত হয়। ওষুধটি ত্বক-ব্লিচিং এজেন্ট হিসাবে কাজ করে এবং ওষুধ প্রয়োগকৃত ত্বকের কোষগুলিতে এনজাইম প্রতিক্রিয়াকে বাধা প্রদান করে কাজ করে।

হালকা জ্বালাভাব, লালভাব, কাঁটা কাঁটা অনুভূতি এবং শুষ্কতা এই ওষুধটি ব্যবহারের পার্শ্ব প্রতিক্রিয়া। গুরুতর পার্শ্ব প্রতিক্রিয়ার মধ্যে যা হতে পারে তার মধ্যে রয়েছে ত্বক ফেটে যাওয়া, ফোসকা পড়া এবং ত্বকে নীল-কালো গাঢ় দাগ।

Skinshine Cream is a skin lightening agent for topical application which inhibits tyrosinase enzyme, which is an important enzyme in the biosynthesis of melanin pigments. Inhibition of tyrosinase thus inhibits production of melanin pigments, leading to skin lightening.

  Ans : Skinshine acts as a skin-bleaching agent and works by inhibiting an enzyme reaction in the applied skin cells. It contains Hydroquinone Topical, Mometasone Furoate Topical and Tretinoin Topical as active ingredients. Cream works by inhibiting the enzyme tyrosinase; showing anti-inflammatory and anti-pruritic activities and increasing the turnover of follicular epithelial cells.
