I'm a 17 year old. getting these rashes and kind of ulcers in my mouth since 2 months. And now there's a red rash inside of my lower lip and there's a red-whitish spot or boil or rash on my tongue on the left side. What is it? What is its cause?

I am 30 year old female, married with 2 kids ( 7 year boy + 3 year girl baby), and weight 60 kgs with height of 5. 4 inches. Few symptoms which I am suffering from more than a year. 1. Frequently left side pain is there especially from neck to toe during that time no headache but. Why this will happen? 2. Too much of tension due to our family personal relations & financial related issues. 3. Which working at home due to tension will be shouting on kids and some time beat them for simple reasons, during that small noise also will irritate me so much. 4. My left leg muscle will pain a lot and some times reddish clots will be visible which pains a lot. 5. And in my legs black marks are there automatically the tone of skin turn like black moles which is not a mole but it turns like marks in black color. 6. And red doted moles are increasing in the body part but no pain nothing which is there for my mother and father too. 7. Too much of weakness, some time feeling giddiness but will not fell down, blur eyes, unable to do any work at home completely depressed and feel like to cry. 8. My bp count was always in between 101/72-110/80 9. Sugar I recently checked after breakfast (2hrs later) the count was 153. 10. During monthy biological periods first 2 days will be too much from 3rd day it slows by 5th it will stop and max to max by 20-25 days in between the cycle happens during this period feels like to sit calm and sleep, heavy stress I feel. Earlier 28-30 days before 1 year. 11. From past 3 month my belly is increased upto 3-5 inches even I am also putting weight becoming very lazy. 12. If any body talks I will be unable to hear properly from both the ears some times. 13 my vision is fine as of now. 14. Due to finacial crisis unable to meet the doctor and do any kind of tests. Low means how much? if it is 8 or 9 g then he can take cap vitcofol once at night for at least 6 months.

I have done HIV elisa & HIV rapid test after 1 Year of sexual vaginal intercourse and it was negative so do I need to worry further. Is there any chance of HIV infection in future. I was worried because I m suffering from ulcer on gums from last 8 months. But this gums is not paining nor it is burning. I showed to many doctors including ENT specialist they told it is a heat of stomach. I also took some allopathy medicine & now I m taking homopoethy but no improvement. Doctor told heat is too much in my stomach and it will take time to heal Please help me.

There are many reasons for ulcers for ex:- stress ulcer, drug allergy, systemic disease, multi-vitamin deficiency, stomach upset etc. I suggest you visit a dentist to find the etiology of ulcer for proper treatment.

I am 42 yrs old and have a both sides leg pain mainly tibia bone since last 8 yrs. Due to this pain, its associated muscles below gastrocnemius muscles are continuously getting pain. I was referred to higher center for the treatment. As treatment, I had taken continuously medicines for two months tendofit, nurokind-lc, d3v, vitcofol, nexpro and 1 calcium tab. But I didn't get relief. I am getting harrashed due to this severe pain. Please do the needful treatment. The pain is below knee. There is no problem in knee.

Continue with physiotherapy kindly show me digital x rays of affected part.
Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder.
Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful
use no pillow under the head.
Do hot fomantation.
Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days
bio d3 max 1tab od x10
do neck, back & general exercises.
It may have to be further investigated.

Mantain good hydration. Keep feet clean. Use socks. Use of tritinoin cream with betamathasone cream twice daily syp vitcofol 1 tsf od for3 months.

My vitamin d3 -- 210pg/ml My vitamin b12 -- 28 ng/ml These are my blood test report. I am a 16 yrs old boy I have joint pain in legs and ankles. I have pain in my front bone when I walk. My vitamin B12 is 212 and the lower limit is 211 for normal range. Also 25-OH VITAMIN D (TOTAL) is 5.99 ng/ml which is deficient. Symptoms: Body fatigue, poor concentration and memory for last 6 months. Are my symptoms because of vitamin deficiency. Is it advisable to take cholecalciferol and vitcofol (b12) injection. Please advise the frequency.
