Hello,
Follow these points for improving the dark circles:
Management:
Wear anti-glare spectacles while working on computer.
Reduce the brightness of the computer screen first starting the work as it may cause more strain on your eyes.
Avoid continuous staring the computer screen and frequent blinking of eyelids to be done.
Keep taking small breaks in between after a gap of every 1 hr. (I know it's little inconvenient, but not impossible!)

If you're stressed, that will keep you from falling asleep. Once the stress goes away, you may have normal sleeping pattern. Some other things that helps are.

Increase your exercise to daily but not after 5pm
Avoid eating after 8pm
Avoid ALL caffeine products including chocolate
A milk drink before bed supplies extra Tryptophan
Wake the same time each day
Remove the clock from your room
