Hello, I have gone through the values mentioned, following are higher than normal: uric acid, total cholesterol, ldl and alt. Others are fine. Toal cholesterol is marginally high but ldl is definitely much higher. Liver enzyme alt is also marginally high. Not much of a problem but if you are alcoholic then it is better to reduce or stop that. Higher uric acid can cause joit pains, otherwise nothing much to worry.

Solution is to avoid bad fats like street food, namkeens, and other fatty foods like pizzas, burgers etc. Take a spoon of desighee/ butter + a katori of assorted nuts everyday as good fats do reduce the bad fats. Take a spoon of honey with juice of lemon in warm water, daily on empty stomach, every morning -it does burn the bad fats, do simple exercise like walks. She has to undergo genetic testing at a professional centre. Depending on the findings, they will advise you regarding marriage and starting a family. Anyway, if no one had thalassemia, why did you suspect this and get the test done? it is not an easily available test and quite costly. You must have consulted a doctor to get the test done. What did the doctor say?
