THERMOKIND

    Thermokind is a mouth wash which contains chlorhexidine gluconate, a chemical antiseptic useful for treating gingivitis and is useful for cleansing wound and infected skin. It reduces the growth of bacteria and fights the infection. The liquid can be used to rinse the affected area as directed by the doctor. Some of the unwanted side effects are lip and mouth irritation.

Dear mam follow these medicines as instructed
1. Tab rebagen one tablet twice a day for one month followed by one tablet once a day for three months
2. Lexanox ointment to be applied locally on affected part twice a day after brushing and mouth washing
3. Thermokind mouthwash gargle twice a day after brushing
4. Syrup septillin two teaspoonful twice a day for three months

Mouth ulcers are due to many reasons
main cause is due to vit b12 deficiency
she require vit b12 suppliment (tab. Bfolcin plus once daily for 10 days) along with mouth gel (dentogel) for application in affected area.

If this is a chronic, continue approximately 15 year its not only oral problem but it is symptom of systemic disease. Most probably gi problem thats effect other part of body, have aurvedic medicine 2 week.

A major cause of tooth sensitivity is root exposure. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations (full mouth x-ray) to decide upon treatment.
