Hi, I have a problem with my mouth, like i' m getting bad breath from many year' s. Where as I have been repeatedly consulting with dentists the say my gums is good, even the teeth is healthy. Also I brush my teeth daily 3 times. After every meal I do goggle. Also once in 3 days I do goggle with salt water. In spite of all exercise I have bad breath. There after I had consulted with one of the senior doctor he took the x ray of my mouth and chest. He said everything is fine. Also he advised me to take pylokit tablets for 2 months. I could feel some thing better. But once the course got completed again same bad breath. Please advise me what to do.

yes there is a medicine called pylokit especially for h . pylori infection to be taken for 2 weeks minimum..
but its not OTC drug and u have to have a written prescription of doctor for that

HI Doctor, I'm 31 yrs old. I had severe stomach pain for nearly a week. Hence I went to the doctor available nearby. He took blood test for H. Pylori and has confirmed about the presence of the bacteria. He had suggested me 3 medicines 1 before food and other 2 after food with the gap of 12 hrs for 14 days the medicines are as follows. 1. Before food-ultrazole 30mg 2. Clarimac 500mg - after food 3. Co-Amoxiclav 1000mg -after food. After having the above mentioned tablets, my stomach pain got reduced, but the issue is that after 3 days of dosage i'm passing motion for minimum 3 times a day and the color of stools is black. is there any side effects having these tablets? Kindly advice. Since I crossed 1 week of the dosage given to me. Thanks

you can use probiotic product like yakult, curd etc. Also take pan 40 mg once a day for 10 days. Maintain adequate hydration. Consult doctor if not ok in 4-5 days.

I am 40 years female. I have stomach problems. Sometimes I suffer from loose motions. Whenever I take Probiotics or loperamide I suffer from severe nausea and gastritis. Then to stop gastritis I take pan 40 or rabeprazole. Gastritis goes but loose motion starts. I am into this vicious cycle for many days. There were some days where I am fine. But since 1 month when periods started I had severe acidity. I had taken pylokit as prescribed by Dr. last week. After 2/3 days I again had gastritis. Now Dr. prescribed rabemonic plus and rekool syrup. Now gastritis has gone but I suffer from gas foul smelling gases in the evenings and also loose motions. Please advise me something by which I don't suffer from gastritis as well as loose motions at the same time. What may be the reason for such problem that when acidity goes loose motions starts and when loose motions stops acidity starts. Please advise me a complete cure for my stomach problem.

Take tab flagyl 400 three times a day and tab rantac 150 morning empty stomach and before dinner for 5 days. Take tab meftal spas when you have stomachache. It will help. Thank you.
