Paracip is prescribed for patients suffering from pain due to migraine as well as pain in the ears, joints, and teeth. This drug also soothes menstrual cramps and pains associated with cold. The paracetamol element basically brings the pain threshold up. It is available in tablet, syrup, suspension and infusion form. The side effects of this drug include blisters, nausea and liver damage.

Sir I am suffering from common cold and I am having a running nose from 4 days. I feel sleepy and weak. I am missing my classes please help

Take amoxy clav 625 mg od 7 days and levocitrizine bd 7 days and bronchorex for cough 2 tsp 3 times a day and calpol for fever.

I am suffering from fever I have already taken paracip with almox. But still I am not well. I had witted with rain water and from that day itself it is happening. I should meet with doctor or continuing that medicine another two days. Or I should change the medicine. And if I should change than which medicine I should take. please suggest me sir.

My 5 months son have fiver since last 3-4 days. All the day he remains normal but in the late night or early morning he has fiver. Doctor asked to give paracip drops 3-4 time a day. Today morning his temp was 100. 6 f. Please suggest what I have to do.

Are there any other symptoms other than fever?
continue paracetamol drops every 4 to 6 hourly and add ibugesic drops if fever continues to be high grade. If despite this, there is high fever get investigations (cbc, crp, urine routine) done.

He was diagnosed with malaria PV 10 days ago, took tab lumerax 40 (1-1) for 4 days, after 4 days taking tab malrid 7.5 mg daily. But now again having chills and headache in evening with subsidies on their on with sweating. please advice.

treatment is correct and malrid is to be taken for 14 days continuously
u can take tablet doxy 100 mg twice daily for added action .. get your blood slides prepared by lab to see if malarial parasites are present or not ,to see response to treatment..take paracip 650 mg for fever .. and eat light easily digestible meals
