Mr. Lybrate-user, your lipids all of those readings look to be pretty low. Both total cholesterol and ldl are fairly low, even hdl is also low. You have not mentioned about blood sugar levels secondly whether you exercise regularly. One of the reasons could be taking rosuvastatin 10 mg daily. It looks like there is no need of that drug at this moment. So you may discontinue the same and then check lipids after about 3 months. Also exercise daily that will also help. To control Blood Sugar four factors are most important. They are: 1) Exercise, 2) Diet, 3) Medicine, 4) Stress Management. I am not convinced about your taking Obimet 500 before and after lunch. Rather Obimet SR 1 G can be taken after BF only. If that is not controlling sugar you may need to add other medicine. Of course it is not clear what exactly you meant by' not controlled BS? For dealing with your current problem you have to take plenty of water, coconut water, butter milk, soups etc healthy drinks. For diabetes, you have to take more fibre in the form of raw veg as salads, sprouts, whole grains, legumes and not dals, 1 fist of dry fruits.
