    skin infection in inner thighs is a fungal infection which increases due to sweat accumulation at that area. So always keep the area dry. Don't apply any creams as this will increase the problem. Use any talcum powder or prickly heat powder or neosporin powder daily.
    Don't eat spicy and fried food.

    Too much retraction on the foreskin cause local injury just check for that and apply neosporin cream locally on it twice a day to keep it moist and and to take care of any small abrasions like.

    There must be some local infection or abrasions and swelling because of excessive dryness apply neosporin cream twice a day and avoid touching your nose.

    Apply neosporin cream twice a day for a few days and you should not wear tight clothes that is harmful otherwise also for your reproductive health wear comfortable cotton clothes so that there is good circulation of air and absorption of perspiration which is a major cause for infections around this area.
