Mr. Lybrate-user, you are having t1 diabetes, in which there is no insulin in your body, as beta cells of pancreas do not produce it at all. So you will have to continue to take insulin injections for life time. Also please get your eyes checked for any retinal changes from a good eye specialist. It is very essential. Also always be in control of your diet and do some regular exercise.

You can use 1)inj. Human mixtard (30/70) 2)inj. Human insugen (30/70) 3)inj. Huminsulin (30/70) all of the above are almost similar to humalog mix 25. It has to be taken 30 minutes before food

Check or sugar levels daily using glucometer before dinner if your sugar levels are low reduce the dose of insulin after consulting or doctor. Keep hyptotab tablet or sugar powder and if you feel tiring you can take this.

You can add vogli 0.3 twice a day and step up your insulin dose to 22 and 22 per day.
