HETRAZAN
- Hetrazan is an anthelmintic drug which is being widely used for the treatment of patients suffering from parasitic infections like Filariasis, tropical eosinophilia and river blindness. It is an anti-helminthic type of drug. Some of the side effects include vertigo, nausea, chest pain, vomiting, itching, stomach pain and diarrhoea.

Hi. You have suffered a lot.
But unfortunately you have either filariasis or congenital lumphedema with intermittant infection.
The result of lymphovascular anastomosis or nodo venous shunt depends on the lymphangiography findings. If there are channels which are open, the results can be dramatic. We need to analyse your lymphoscintography befor e commenting on the surgery. Till then continue with lympha press and massage and limb elevation,

The report is incomplete in saying eosinophils >10 % it has to be definite number and if you take hetrazan there is no problem.

Chronic cough has several differential diagnosis including infections and non infectious causes like asthma , acidity, bronchitis etc.
Get a chest xray, total IgE , Absolute eosinophil count done and meet nearby chest physician.

Get your blood checked for CBC and if eosinophils are high than can take tablet hetrazan 100 mg 1-1-1

At the time of eosinophilia take tablet hetrazan and few tips- Avoid any triggering factor, take folic acid regularly, eat a healthy diet , always be stress free , exercise regularly

It may be allergy.
consult your family doctor for - lung function test / spirometry.
