Sir u can do muscle building exercises but since ur prone to gout u will have yo restrict urself to a low protein diet. If it uric acid is elevated even with diet restrictions, then u'll have to be on medications for gout which will continue lifelong.

Hi, there is no permanent cure for this, but definitely you can keep this under control by following
1. A strict diet chart
2. Abstinence from alchohol(if u drink).
3. Keep a check on sr uric acid levels. Every 3 or 6 months.
