GALVUS

    Galvus is a drug which is recommended for patients suffering from type 2 diabetes mellitus. It reduces the amount of glucose made by the liver, and improves the response of the body towards insulin. The drug is available in the tablet form. Some of the most commonly seen side effects are chest pain, skin rash, indigestion, nail changes, constipation, heartburn, diarrhea and muscle pain.

dear be fortunate u have come to know of your diabetic and high cholesterol status well before it could create havoc inside your body..many of the patients are diagnosed diabetic only when they land up in hospitals due to some other reason like heart attack...so be thankful for not falling into that category
no you are not heart patient as of now ....and you can prevent yourself from that by taking regular medications..

It's cause of concern that your insulin is not acting to neutralize the sugar while you are taking good medicines prescribed by your experience doctor. This is non response of drugs. This is dawn phenomenon. Or it could be somogi effect. Get blood sugar tests between 2 to 4 am if low it's somogi otherwise it's dawn phenomenon take 2 biscuits marie at midnight and see results after 2 weeks. Do brisk walk early morning on getting up before doing blood sugar fasting test. Consult again.

Yes you can take it 20 minutes before breakfast also you can take 20 minutes before meals I will suggest few points please do regular morning and evening walk take salads and fruits more as vitamins minerals and fibres in them are good for health don't fear about sugar content of fruits can add
tab dibecon by himalaya 1 1 as a natural antidiabetc to your regular treatment.

Your Blood sugar is slightly increased.Along with medicine please follow the advice given below
1.Do regular exercise
2.Reduce weight if overweight
3Control diet
4.Avoid sweets, excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet, .
5.Adhere to a strict diabetic diet by consulting Dietitian
6.Monitor your fasting, PP blood sugar and Hba1c three monthly
7.Consult diabetologist for advice and treatment

Your ppbs is on a higher side. From the history you are giving, I think you are developing neuropathy, a complication of diabetes. Go and get your foot examined by a podiatrist.
