DIABETROL

    Diabetrol is primarily used to control type 2 diabetes. The recommended dose is 5mg once in day, prior to having breakfast. Common side effects of the drug include dizziness, hypoglycaemia, diarrhoea, nausea, loss of appetite and abdominal pain. The dose is not recommended for breastfeeding and pregnant women. Patients taking this medicine must be closely monitored for glucose control.

Random sugar less than 140mg% is acceptable if your hba1c is less than 7% and kidney functions are normal then you can continue the same medicine.

Few details are required to give correct advise, like weight, height, waist circumference, level of physical activity every day and the dosage of medications taken.
