COLVAC

Colvac which contains sodium picosulphate is used for bowel cleansing before colonoscopy. This medicine is also useful for people suffering from constipation. If the patient is already suffering from intestinal obstruction, is pregnant and is experiencing inflammatory bowel disease, he or she should not take this drug. Pregnant women taking this medication run the risk of having children developing some disorder. Children and babies may experience side effects like changes in mental activity, metabolic disorder and alteration in growth rate.

I have gone for Off pump CABG surgery on 31/10/2006 with grafts: LIMA to LAD, RIMA to major diagonal, SVG to OM ( Anterior & posterior division ). Now I am taking the following medicines: Cognixplus, Olmezest 20, Cilacar 10, Rozavel 10, Angizem CD 90mg, allercet DC, Stresnil0.5, A-Z Tablets, Colvac, Clavix AS75 mg,, Co Q-10, fish oil 600 mg with 300 mg Omrga-3. Is there any side effects in the said medicines?

My mother is having a motion problem for the past 5 years. She is using colvac tablet for a free motion. But motion will be going 5 days once. Is it a piles problem? If piles means, please say about the curing way.

avid constipation, take fiber diet, use green vegetables. avoid straining on stool. take pilex one tab 3 times a day. use anovate cream on anus. consult surgeon.
