Dear, you might be suffering from plantar fascitis or calcaneal spur. Dip your foot in salted lukewarm water for 20 min in the morning. Do ankle and toe movements regularly while sitting for long time and before you get up from your bed. Do ankle and foot exercises. Keep a check on your body weight and avoid long standing.
