At your age mostly these occur due to drinking unsafe water here and there, unhealthy food from roadside stalls. Of course sometimes some anxiety and depression may be manifested like this. You said you are suffering since more than last five years, right? I am suggesting some treatment which shall take 10 days to complete. After that if it persist you must consult Gastroenterologist. You give me some information and start practicing some habits in the meantime.

Looks like you have a stye. Give warm water compresses to the swelling. Take some oral antibiotics (tab ciprofloxacin 500mg twice daily) and some pain killer (combiflam twice daily). Remember to take these tablets after food. If it doesn't come down within 2-3 days consult a doctor.

I do not think antibiotics has anything to do with your symptoms of fatigue, weakness, etc. Although the disease itself may cause such symptoms. Pls maintain a proper diet and if needed you may take multivitamins.
