Hi, vitamin e is a fat soluble vitamin. Its given to take care of your skin ,hair and overall health. It protects the cells from breaking down. It can be taken alternate days for about 1-2 months time. Rich sources of vitamin e are nuts like almonds, walnuts, dried vegetable seeds, egg yolk etc.

Hi, all supplements work only till you use them. Kindly add natural essential fat in your diet like- flaxseeds (alsi), sesame seeds (til), peanuts, almonds,walnuts, vegetable seeds (sunflower, pumkin) etc. All these sources are also rich in vitamine. Melted cow's ghee will also help.

Vit E is safe and no toxicity is reported even when you take it for few months. But no medication should be taken unnecessarily .
It is called antioxidant vitamin and prevents excess production of free radicals.It is claimed to be very helpful in all degenerative diseases-- heart disease, atherosclerosis etc.
