Query I have done a thyrocare diabetes test and sugar level (hba1c 5.4)and fasting sugar came (84) mg/dl and it also shows microalbumin which is (10 mg/l) and (efgr is 128 ml/min/1.73 m2) as microalbumin come in range. What should I do to check damages to kidney (24 hr albumin creatinine ratio test or spot albumin creatinine ratio test. Because I get very foamy urine and has foul smell from last one year. please let me know the tests. I am getting neuro issues. Muscles cramps in legs and vision issue. Fingers pain. Blood pressure ups and down though it remain diastolic 110 max most of the time I checked and it goes to 94 to 96 diastolic.
