I am 18 year female and was diagnosed fibroadenoma in march. I am taking primosa ,evion, nugesia sp tab. I was tested by fnac and it shows smears are cellular and reveal bimodal population of benign ductal cells in cohesive clusters, sheets and elongated branching fragments (staghorn pattern) with myoepithelial cells against background of numerous bipolar bare nuclei, stroma and rbcs. An occasional ductal clusters show mild anisonucleosis. No atypical cells seen.
