The only way you can find out if you have the condition is by trying a histamine-free diet followed by a double-blind food challenge.
Most of the medical problems need personally taking detailed medical history and examination with the need for reports sometimes so meet concerned doctor- generally speaking a histamine-free diet is the only long-term treatment for histamine intolerance, there are a couple other treatments that may be useful.
