Dear lybrate-user My suggestion is that you should examined by a Gynaecologist first of all and share your perspective of getting hymenoplasty done. If the procedure is definitely required for your problem then it is advisable otherwise not. Plastic surgeons also perform hymenoplasty but their concern is not pertaining to your gynecological issues. Hence my advice is that you should visit a Gynaecologist for honest advice. I am a gynecologist and I have been performing hymenoplasty on regular basis since past 10 years. Hope this info helps you.

Hi lybrate-user My suggestion is that you should wait till you cross at least 6 weeks after your last periods. Once this period is over then you must go for scan to confirm the pregnancy status. B hcg evaluations by self are sometimes misleading as they need to be co related with your clinical parameters. Otherwise also, the confirmation of baby on imaging is most definite way of confirming pregnancy.

Is it ok to vomit thrice a day in 3 month of pregnancy and vomit whatever is being eaten, will there be any effects of vomiting on fetus.

Hi lybrate-user. Vomiting or nauseating is quite common in initial 12-14 weeks of pregnancy. Afterwards these issues settle down on their own. If you are not able to retain your meals to support your required calories and you still keep Vomiting then this might effect the fetus. Hence it's better to eat small chunks every 1-3 hours or so.

Better go for hormonal evaluation and ultrasound. Its little bit difficult to predict and hope for pregnancy with menstrual irregularities.

There are very less (~ 20%) chances of getting pregnant in one menstrual cycle. Ejaculation into genital tract is required for conception.

Can numerous fibroids and an enlarged uterus cause bladder prolapse? Why does my gynecologist think my bladder bulging into my vaginal canal is a fibroid even after I was sent to a urologist for stress incontinence issues? And his brest cancer inherited.

Diploma in Advanced Gynaec Laparoscopic Surgery, Fellowship in Laparoscopic and Robotic Onco-Surgery, MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology, MBBS
Gynaecologist, Zirakpur
Its vaginal prolapse always, not bladder prolapse as such. Content of vaginal prolapse can be urinary bladder. Fibroids are almost never known for this entity under normal circumstances.

My five years old daughter has cancer. How we prevent it. I heard that the person affected by cancer cannot live more than three or four months. Is it true or not?

It's never true. You consult a proper physician. Let we know the stage and nature of disease. Cure is there.

It's likely that you are not eating enough amount of balanced diet which is giving you this trouble. I would suggest you to continue iron, calcium and multivitamin till you breastfeed your baby. High protein diet should b there. Normally body comes back to prepregnant state after 2-3 months after delivery.

Menses shuffle is expected due to i-pill taken. For infection atleast she should physically visit a doctor for examination and treatment.

Please don't panic. In daytime whenever your bleeding is stopped just do pregnancy test with clean sample of urine. Hopefully everything is fine. Your description shows that you vaginal infection discharge is mixed with your menstrual blood.

Bladder prolapse is as such not an entity. It's vaginal prolapse which may contain bladder as it's content. Fibroids are not known for causing or predisposing for this kind of prolapse. Think you need a re review of reports.

Most of the oncology centres follow old treatment regimens for treating multiple myeloma. Kindly visit an oncology centre where you can find these updated treatments.
