I am 44 years old and suffering from IBS. I was under depression and thus prescribed chlordiazepoxide and paroxetine for the same, which l was taking for an year. However my mother suffered a heart attack and she died in front of me. Thus l developed an intense fear of death. I consulted another psychiatrist who prescribed me paroxetine. However l suffered badly due to the withdrawal symptoms of chlordiazepoxide like trembling in fear, racing heart, dry mouth. After that l consulted another psychiatrist who has put me on dose of Cretrazalin 2-2-0 in morning, Sodium Valporate 100 mg and mretazipane 15 mg at night. Now the doctor says l will have to take the medicines for 2 years compulsory and since l had a recurrence it can be indefinitely also. Kindly advise whether this is the right line of treatment so that after two years noon tells me that you had wrong Medicines or I become dependent on them. I am badly worried. Please advise and help. Also let me know if hypnosis is the solution for the same.

There is no pill for this but you can follow these tips which can be helpful: •Drink lots of water. At night, as you study, keep water at hand and sip it regularly. •Avoid tea and coffee. Yes caffeine will wake you up and give you a buzz right away. But once the effect wears off; you will feel even more tired and sleepy than you were before. This happens because these drinks dehydrate you. •Have a balanced diet: Eat a heavy and healthy breakfast but have a light dinner. If you feel hungry at night, eat fruits, dry fruits, and salads only. Avoid junk food. •Take a 20-30 minute nap during the day. This shall help you to concentrate better. •As you study, whenever you feel tired or sleepy or even stressed, take a minute to practice yoga- breathing exercises. Concentrating on your breath can help bring more oxygen to the brain which will in turn wake the body up and help clear your mind to study better. All the best!:)

What are the symptoms of malaria. How to cure it or what are the precautions to be taking for this.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
What are the symptoms of malaria.
How to cure it or what are the precautions to be taking for this.
Hello, Malaria is typically transmitted through the bite of an infected Anopheles mosquito. Infected mosquitoes carry the Plasmodium parasite. When this mosquito bites you, the parasite is released into your bloodstream.Once the parasites are inside your body, they travel to the liver, where they mature. After several days, the mature parasites enter the bloodstream and begin to infect red blood cells. Within 48 to 72 hours, the parasites inside the red blood cells multiply, causing the infected cells to burst open. The parasites continue to infect red blood cells, resulting in symptoms that occur in two-to-three-day cycles. Symptoms of malaria:-Anaemia Chills in the body High fever and headache Blood in stools Excessive sweating Vomiting Feeling of Nausea Coma Jaundice Convulsion prevention modes:-protect yourself against the bite of mosquitoes.Clothing, mosquito repellent, and netting can help reduce exposure to mosquitoes. Travelling during periods of minimal mosquito activity can also be helpful. The best natural Homeopathic remedies for malarial fever are Gelsemium, Arsenic Album, Nux Vomica and Eupatorium Perfoliatum.Out of these which medicine will suit you , it depends upon the individual symptom picture. So share your symptoms to get the proper treatment. >Home remedies to combat fever:- **Holy basil leaves are a beneficial remedy in the prevention of malaria. Make a paste using few of holy basil leaves with 2 pinches of black pepper powder. This mixture can be consumed daily in the cold stages of malarial fever. This will check the severity of the disease. **Cinnamon is a valuable remedy for treating malaria. One teaspoon of powdered cinnamon should be boiled in a glass of water with a pinch of pepper powder and a teaspoon of honey. This needs to be taken every day which is a beneficial medicine for malaria.
