Foods that are too bitter, too sour, salty, hot, pungent, dry and burning are dear to those in the mode of passion. Such foods cause distress, misery and disease.

Pure vegetarian foods are the best.

Add fruits and salads to your daily food intake.

Olive oil is best, olive oil is of three types, chose the one which can be topped on salads or mixed in boiled vegetables.

For proteins, depend on vegetable sources. Vegetable-protein like soya, lentil soup (daal), beans, milk and dairy products like paneer, tofu provide ample proteins.

To find all sources of vegetable protein, you may get the app nutrition value from respective phone store.

Drink plenty of water.

Hello, A gym encourages you to do both aerobic and strength training exercises. These promote heart health and weight loss, improve muscle strength, balance and flexibility. Demerits : More than 80% of gym members are not active, within few weeks the motivation wears off, and excuses start to build up ! Very few gyms have good trainers ,Also Food supplements are promoted as the necessary evil. My advice is to join a gym for a month and see whether its your cup of tea or not.

Hello, Soy and its products if taken in limitation is considerably safe for males. 20-30 gms of soya in a day should be ideal for consumption. Please do not combine soya with milk as it can hinder the absorption of important nutrients in the milk.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

I am suffering from knee pain, ankle pain and low hip joint pain sine six months, I have got checked my uric acid content and it is found to be 7.0 at six months before. Now the uric acid content is 4.7 and RA factor is -ve. Still I am having the same kind of pain. Please revert with your suggestions.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. Rule out Hypertension, Diabetes or other metabolic disorder. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac 100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Avoid direct flow of AC or Cooler. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for Hips, Knee & Legs. Foot & ankle. Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem.
