Hello. According to your height and weight your BMI is normal if you like to increase your weight so, reduce your weight approximately 5 to 8 kgs not more and then maintain your weight. Some tips for weight loss :- 1) Drink more water. 2) Cook some food bwith coconut oil. 3) Eat spicy food. 4) Eat more protein and fibre rich foods. 5) Avoid processed foods. 6) Avoid liquid calories. 7) Do some exercise and also try some yoga. 8) Go on low carb diet. 9) Eat more slowly. 10) Take probiotics. 11) Never skip breakfast. 12) Drink more fluids. 13) Add eggs to your diet. 14) Cut the table salt. 15) Get enough sleep.

Hello, A diabetic obeased person carrys erectile dysfunction, shrinkage of Penis & premature ejaculation, usually. You need to reduce your weight, first upto the required limit. Tk, plenty of water. Hello, dieting is being injurious, now a days ,you should be regular towards your dietary regulation in order to keep you physically fit. Tk, plenty of water to hydrate your body. Nothing is more disappointing than a failed attempt to lose weight and the constant struggle to shed the flab. Sometimes, best results can be achieved by making simple changes to your lifestyle, including your eating habits without being emotionally and physically stressed. If you have to lose weight, you might as well enjoy the process and do it in a healthier way. Following are ayurvedic tips for a healthier and systematic weight loss:

1. Hot water

Hot water combined with lemon juice and ginger or herbal teas acts as a natural detox. Sip on hot water throughout the day to cleanse your entire internal system from impurities and blockages. It helps to improve digestion and staves off hunger in between meals. It is one of the easiest ways to lose weight and stay healthy at the same time. It is advisable to drink boiled water as it is considered to be more effective than hot water.

2. Eat warm and cooked foods for lunch

Your lunch should consist of warm and cooked foods as they are easily digestible and provide the right amount of nutrients for your body. You can include a variety of cooked food in your lunch because the body metabolism gets adequate time to process the food. Eating cold food has a reverse effect on your body as they lead to weight gain. Avoid a diet consisting of only carbohydrates and proteins as they do not nourish your body but simply make you crave for food in between meals. Instead go for green vegetable and lean protein.

3. Light evening meal

The body metabolism and digestion slows down as you reach the end of the day so it's recommended to have light evening meals. Heavy meals in the evening are often poorly digested and accumulate as excess fat. All your efforts of weight maintenance throughout the day goes in vain if you eat a meal of processed foods or foods rich in refined carbohydrates. It is recommended to eat a vegetarian meal or a meal consisting of complex grains like brown rice. Avoid binging on leftovers and high calorie desserts.
 
4. Exercise

It goes without saying that exercise is a key to a healthy mind and body. Do away with a sedentary lifestyle as that is one of the primary causes of weight gain. If you don't have time to workout it will help even if you take a walk daily. Exercise will not only help you to lose the extra kilos but will keep your energy up and increase your body's metabolism. It also improves bone and muscle health.

Hello. According to your height and weight your BMI is so high for normal BMI you reduce approximately 20 kgs. Get thyroid profile done get back here with details of your periods if low or delayed, get them corrected get ultrasound abdomen done. There can be other reasons till your reports are ready, take minimum salt and sugar take more of vitamin C through lemons and oranges and other citrus fruits take apple cider vinegar etc simple exercises are walks baby must be keeping you on toes take adequate rest while you are dieting like others, means not starving but eating healthy take lots of seasonal vegetables and fruits drink lots of water get back here with reports for more guidance shedding few kgs is more difficult than going for a strict diet and exercise regime with a baby to look after, it's better that you eat normal food with minimum fats and carbs but more of simple proteins like toned milk and curds.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user, I would like to suggest that either taje grren tea/lemon with honey. YOU ARE NOT ADVISED TO MIX BOTH! Try to include whole grains, cereals, fruits and more of veggies in your diet. You should be engaging in physical activity atleast for 30 mins in a day.
