1. You can lose weight by a proper strategy/method. 2. Your BMI is 29.9 which is nearly in obese category. You are about 19 Kg overweight. 3. By now you have realized that Honey Lemon or Green Tea does not create any weight loss. These are all myths. You are just spending your energy in wrong direction hence no results. 4. There is no drink or medicine which can reduce weight. 5. The only way to reduce weight is by diet modification + daily exercise. 6. Best is to consult a dietician and take proper guidance.

Do a brisk walk everyday for minimum 45 minutes daily. Avoid junk food and sweet drinks. Watch what you eat. This should help you loose weight.

Sample Plan: Breakfast:Wheat Flakes With Milk, Mid Morning: Fruit Platter, Lunch: Oat Meal Chapati With Vegetable and Salad, Evening: Jasmine Tea, Dinner: Quinoa Salad. Avoid excessive salt intake in the diet, Iodine-suppressing foods like cabbage, brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, soybeans, and turnips, caffeine drinks like coffee, cola. You need to reduce your calorie intake. Restrict rice, potato, sweets, junk foods in your meals. Have a healthy breakfast and have light & early dinners. Have a protein & fiber -rich diet with lots of fruits, salads & vegetables in your daily meals. Drink atleast 3 lts water daily. Exercise / brisk walk for atleast 30 minutes daily is a must. For stomach do stretching / crumps or shaping of stomach.

Loosing weight is not that tough. You can loose easily but for that You need to reduce your calorie intake. Restrict rice, potato, sweets, junk foods in your meals. Hello, Visceral fat (central fat) is very common which happens due to faulty lifestyle and hormonal imbalance. Exercise regularly(on overall body) and have a good, balanced diet for overall fat loss.

Hello, Good carbohydrates are equally responsible for a healthy weight loss, please do not get over bored with high protein sources, as that can lead to serious consequences. You just need to avoid alcohol, refined products, excess salt and sugar, junk and oily foods. Everything in moderation is peemittable. Exercise regularly.

Hello, count calories while sitting at your desk. Keep track of what you eat for a few days and then subtract 500 to 700 calories from them plan what you are going to eat, start by filling your diet by fruits, vegetables, salads they help to trim your belly fat, make healthier choices like healthy snacks, nuts, etc. Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water and include fluid rich fruits and vegetables.

hello, green tea can help you to lose weight as it improves your metabolism . the optimal dosage is 2-3 cups daily. also do not add honey or sugar to your tea as it destroy the weight loss benefits earned by the tea

Just walk briskly regularly for about 45-50 min. Avoid taking junk foods.in the morning take lemon with luke warm water. Then have a juice made of gourd, cucumber and carrot.in breakfast take 2 roti with 2 egg. Veg.milk and one fruit of your choice.in lunch have one plate green salad just before starting your meal.in lunch have one bowl brown rice with 100 gm chicken, mixed veg a large bowl.in the evening take chola or sprouts. In dinner take one roti with green veggies and green salad. U can take low fat curd or raita in lunch. Follow this you will be benefited.
