I'm 24, my weight is just 39, I'm too skinny, I've been trying to put on weight from quiet a long time but nothing's working out. I've poor digestion, weak stamina and immune system, not on any medication, no other diseases or problems. I had a thyroid check up as well, everything's normal, haemoglobin is at d border level, I don't feel HUNGRY at all & I've also started losing a lot of hair, so much that my scalp is seen. Off lately I've been drastically losing on weight. Pls help me with some good weight gain diet, also something that would increase my stamina, immune system & blood levels. Thank you.

It's good to have pineapple juice. A glassful of juice does not contain much calories and if you feel so balance by reducing portion size of other foods.
