Shoulder pain is for many reasons .is it left or right shoulder. Is the pain radiating or at one region .are you diabetic? Few causes of pain maybe as under. 1. Muscle pain due to strain 2. Hello,Frozen shoulder problem can be managed well with proper physiotherapy treatment under a professional,it will not only help to relieve the night time pain but also improve your range of motion through mobilisation and manipulation technique which will help in your daily activities.It's a long term treatment which will take time to improve but will be beneficial in the long run,You also need to learn proper exercises to continue doing at home for maintaining the musclestrength.Besides this you can take ice pack 3-4 times a day,also avoid sleeping on the affected shoulder.

Use coconut oil as such on head and apply it overnight then wash off in morning...do this every alternate day...drink plenty of water and avoid stress ..drink lots of carrot juice

For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

You must not overloaded your stomach with tasty food. Take nutritous diet full of protein and vitamins. Avoid oil and sugar. Drink plenty of liquids and eat salads and fruits. Do massage of your knee with seasame oil daily at night one inch above the knee and one inch below and under the hollow portion of knee andon the shin bone under the knee four inch 15 times each point daily for ten days. Increase your exercise slowly day by day.
