Hello Lybrate user She should wait for next period without taking any i-pill.I t is nothing but beck of i- pill.She may follow regular routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as yoga and exercise every day. She may use light diets and soups of carrots and beetroot with moong daal soups fried with cumin seeds and ghee and garlic. Avoid oily or junk food and sour products e.g. pickles etc. She may follow the following Ayurveda medicines as given below. 1/ HEMTAB : 1tab twice daily with warm water after meals. 2 / HEMPUSPA : 10ml twice daily with water after meals. Continue treatment regular for 3-6months

Hello I want some bodybuilding fitness and stamina making and also some active belated from needed information.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly. * for boosting memory, take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder daily once a day. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi. Got your concern, yes, one of the reason for your mood swings n weight gain is due to harmonal imbalance. Yiu have to distract your mind in good activities like yoga, music, your hobbies etc. It happens. Dear sir, I am 51 years house wife. 4 years back I got the l5 place replaced (operation done at sunshine hospital, secunderabad. Operation conducted & done by Dr. Naresh). This is for your information. Since last year I got the urinal problem. Now resolved with Dr. Hegde treatment. After that I am feeling very uneasy due to left portion of the body is getting timmirulu. Also unable to get the trepulu/avulintalu. Yesterday night suddenly lot of breathing problem and left portion of the body problem. Please advise me correct solution to get the good health.

I advice you go for scaling (professional tooth cleaning) to remove the extrinsic stains and then polishing and then bleaching (tooth whitening) so as to remove the intrinsic stains and improves the tooth shade

May be it is wrong eating with more eating after fasting for hours. Eat at regular intervals, since you are a gymn guy, you do not need advice regarding the types of food to take and to avoid but do not take lots of food supplements at the cost of eating fresh foods and vegetables. Get a halter test done, blood test for sugar & total lipid profile, do write back with reports for more guidance.

My father aged 86 yrs gets dizziness sometimes and had a fall at home last week. For the last three yrs. He has light bp and sugar which is being monitored. We took a ct scan yesterday and the report which is other wise normal says there is mild chronic ischemic changes in bilateral periventricular regions. Please let me know if this is the cause for his giddiness and whether he can be treated with only medicines because of his age.

The ct scan report is ok for his age. Ask him to use a stick while walking, keep some light on in his bedroom, so that when he wakes up to go and relieve himself the room is not dark. Keep his bp and sugar close to normal. Regards

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised.
