For fat reduction start fuming or yoga for 45mints in a day avoid all outside foods, packed foods, fried.

Hi, My 3.5 years old daughter don't wanna eat anything. She is still having bottle milk. She always ask for milk silk in bottle.Please suggest something for that.

Please stop bottle feeding if you give only bottle milk she causes less hemoglobin. Stop milk and give all home made food blast milk and roti/upma/poha fruit or vegsoup lunch mideve fruit/cheese dinner dal and rice or home made food.
