How to improve your eating habits

You are what you eat, and this rings true for everyone. What you eat impacts your health the most, much more than any other thing. What you eat also depends on your environment and the people you share your life with. However, cultivating healthy eating habits does not require a lot of effort. Making small changes to your daily habits and lifestyle is the only way to improve your eating habits permanently- diets only provide temporary help.

Here are some changes to make to improve your eating habits:

- Incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods.

- If you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily.

- Don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat.

- Don't delay or skip meals.

- Cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas.

- Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated.

- Have homemade fruit and vegetable juices

- Eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism.

- Don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts.

- Avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods.

- Eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat.

- Use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating.

- Know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives.

- Do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

Hello, she should take plenty of fluid, seasonal fruits. Whether baby would be fair or dark it is decided by your genes (hereditary) not by diet. So she should take healthy & balanced diet.

For confirmation of pregnancy do pregnancy test. Its a kit available in all medical it's a best way to your pregnant or not. White discharge in female is the most common problem, it is becouse of bacteria or fungus infection.

Hello sir/ mam, My wife is 25 years old. It's been 6 months for our marriage. My concern is about my wife. Actually she feels pain in near area of heart and also on right side of chest. Pain is deep inside. Once she feels the pain in the chest, after some time she omits the blood. I'm very worried about the same and consulted from experts but still she faces same problem. Please provide me solution. I really need it. Important points: 1. She had eaten 6 tablets of nitrovate 4 years before, and on next day she had omitted blood first time. 2. Vomiting blood is a serious problem. If it is actually blood. Also Having a pain in your chest can be scary. It does not always mean that you are having a heart attack. There can be many other causes, including Other heart problems, such as angina Panic attacks Digestive problems, such as heartburn or esophagus disorders Sore muscles Lung diseases, such as pneumonia, pleurisy, or pulmonary embolism Costochondritis - an inflammation of joints in your chest Some of these problems can be serious. Get immediate medical care if you have chest pain that does not go away, crushing pain or pressure in the chest, or chest pain along with nausea, sweating, dizziness or shortness of breath. Treatment depends on the cause of the pain. To rule out cardiac issues. Get a ECG and 2D echocardiography done. Since she is pregnant we cannot do xray. So get a pulmonary function test. Also. She needs to be diagnosed asap.

If you are not pregnant than its because of pcos only. In pcos there is irregular period and weight gain! If you are taking proper medication and still you have this problem I suggest you to consult a classical homeopath! Your pcos will get cured!

I was 4 weeks n five days pregnant wen I discovered that it ws ectopic pregnancy. I had 2 undergo laparotomy 2 remove the foetus, n there ws sum mass tissues in left ovaries wch have been send 4 testing. It's been 19 days nw after the surgery, I had taken rest 4 abt a week. After an operation, people often get aches and pains in places they did not expect to. The back, neck, hips and legs can all be very sore. The staff in the operating theatre take great care of you when you are asleep and try to move you in to the positions they need you to be in very gently. However, because your muscles are very relaxed as a result of the anaesthetic, sometimes muscles can ache for several days after your surgery. Take it easy, take the pain relief you were given in hospital (or over the counter pain relief according to correct dosages) and your aches should resolve over a few days. You might also find it helpful to keep a pain diary over the next few days recording the intensity of any discomfort you are feeling on a scale of 1-10. You could note down particular times that you are in pain (such as after being out or in the evenings) and whether any pain relief helps. If after a week or so, you are still in pain, I would suggest speaking with your doctor with the pain diary and as much information you could provide him/her. I hope that this helps and look after yourself.

I am 14 week pregnant. Almost about from 1 month I having some bleeding. My doctor prescribed me hucog 5000 injection of 4 doses per week and susten sr 200 twice everyday and I have already taken 2 of the infections. But my bleeding problem is same. My periods are irregular. Earlier they lasted for about 10-15 days. But from last one year I am facing major problems, 3 months periods didn't came and from october there are only 4-5 days in a month when I am not bleeding, otherwise everyday I have to carry a pad it is not a heavy bleeding but 4-5 drops comes out. Is this a very serious problem?
