Not at all. It's all in the mind whether you really want to reduce weight the natural way and strive hard for it. Focus on your diet: you really need to focus on your diet. When losing weight, many people feel that it is okay to eat what you want and then workout a lot. This is completely incorrect. The secret behind getting fit lies 80 percent in your diet, while the rest 20 percent lies in working out. This is an integral part in losing weight at home and being able to sustain it. Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

The three attributes that can help you in building an effective relationship with women include - your caring nature, communication skills, and your confident attitude. 'Lusty talk' during sex can help to stimulate women even more. Tease her and make her feel desirable and you are sure to give her orgasm even if your performance is below par.

1. If you sweat during sex don't worry - sweating men ooze testosterone and it is a biological turn on for women.

2. During sex keep the room warm rather than cold. So maybe turn off the air-conditioner if necessary or turn it on low. Heat causes dilatation of blood vessels and more swelling of the penis and vagina and flushing of the skin. Heat makes you 'flush during sex.'

3. If you want your girl to become pregnant make sure you give her a big orgasm. The chances of pregnancy increase because contraction of pelvic muscles during orgasm help the sperms move up the vaginal canal and fertilize the eggs.

4. If your girl has a headache and you have no pills available give her a big orgasm and this can relieve her headache. Sex is known to cure headaches due to the release of morphine-like painkiller substances in the brain called endorphins.

5. Big orgasm also requires you to indulge in some foreplay. Gently touching, stroking, sucking and licking your partners nipples, thighs, vagina and clitoris are sometimes enough to start the orgasm. Keep the big act for the end.

6. Stimulate her clitoris with your fingers by gently fondling with the area. Remember the sensory nerve fibers have the highest concentration around the clitoris followed by labia and the outer third of the vagina.

7. Find her G-Spot - G-spot stimulation can give a woman a big orgasm. It is usually located in the front section of the vaginal wall between her vaginal opening and the cervix. Use finger to stroke the front portion of the vagina and during intercourse, the best way to stimulate her G-spot is the insertion of the penis from the back. If the G-spot and clitoris are stimulated simultaneously the woman is likely to have 'one hell of an orgasm' that she is unlikely to forget.

8. Early morning sex is also a great option if you are tired in the night. You can get extra help from the surge of Testosterone in the morning. Blood levels of testosterone are highest just before dawn and are 40% higher than in the evening.

9. Keep your 'butt' in shape - Buttocks of a man are the most admired part of a man's body by women.

10. Age is not a factor for sex as much as it is for women. Studies show that even if you are over 70 years the chances of your being potent is over 73%. Actor Anthony Quinn fathered a baby at the age of 81 years.

Little quantity is ok. Like 50-60 gms per day. Depending on your blood sugar levels. Get a diet chart from nutritionist.

drink as you wish. no problem will not face any time. do it as your wish. if you like then take. dont think too much about small issues. feel always as matured person. take additional food also. at your age what ever you take it is suggestible.take good food and do very good excercises. feel happy all the time. spend some time for zym. remaining time concentrate on your studies. dont sit alone and dont think alone. better to share your personal feelings and problems with your friends and family members. be sociable all the time and be happy most of the time. enjoy every moment of life. ok all the best.

First of all you should continue thyroid drugs and ensure that it is controlled. Weight gain is another problem that causes mens irregularities. Pimples or acne are common in this age group. These are due to hormone changes, infection and unhealthy diet take food with a high vitamin a, vitamin e and c contents. Drink lots of water. Regulate your daily activities, lower stress, increase sleep and do some yoga and exercise daily. Clindamycin gel in morning and nadoxin gel in night application will help. Medsoap for face wash.

Hi I am suffering from skin problem, 3 years ago I had skin allergy problem but now it again took place but now I'm in new Zealand my home country is India so , the problem mainly occurs whenever I eat pork ,lamb etc and also dink alcohol n beer then after half n hour I start feeling tingling effect on my lips and on the head and on the body , red rashes n bumps took place which is making my life worst. Also want to know is there any effect if I take bath with warm and cold water because people say it's better to shower with cold water rather than hot is it true , I need a lot of help. I don't know this might be due to different food habits diet plan and environment effect , advice something that really work I'll be thankful to you.

You need to be practical and know your own body. It's said one mans food is another mans poison. That because each person is unique. So if some thing does not suit you just avoid it! as much as possible try to eat natural food (avoid highly refined /junk / heavily fried food/and foods with preservatives in your daily diet. Have whole grains and unpolished pulses. Eat healthy and be healthy. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and also nuts which will give good nourishment and increase your immune system. Add to that 30- 40 mins of exercise daily. Avoid all kinds of stimulants - alcohol, tobacco etc because they are not essential for healthy living but may interfere with your health in the long run. The choice is always yours! choose health and fitness which requires lot self discipline but the benefits are also equally worthy. Regarding bathing cold water is more energising! but it's a choice. Those who dislike cold water bath can take warm water bath. Very hot water is not advisable.
