I want to gain weight what food should I eat though I not thin but still want to put on on my shoulders n legs.
To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Dear, These are the causes of acne: • excessive sebum production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland). • Due to hormonal changes These are the methods & instructions to avoid acne: • To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. * Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • use a mild moisturiser for your skin.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Hi, you should take beer occasionaly, not as a regular habit.Homeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. Hello, there are few yoga poses which helps in calming your mind and relieves stress, but first learn these under a qualified yoga-teacher as many poses are prohibited in certain diseases or medical conditions! exercises: practice shavasana or corpse pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. (the mind and body are deeply connected. If the mind is occupied by thoughts and worries then the shavasana will be unsuccessful. Therefore one has to acquire the stability of the mind along with the stability of the body.) anuloma involves inhaling through both nostrils together and exhaling each breath alternately between the left and right nostrils. The thumb of the right hand is used to manipulate the right nostril, while the pinky and ring finger are used to control the left nostril. There are many other poses of yoga like balasan, setu bandha sarvangasan, uttanasan, garudasan, savasana, triconasana, viprita karani, marjaryasana, dhyana, bhujangasana, anulom-vilum, pranayam, etc. Another stress-buster can be getting involved in any of your hobbies (may be a childhood hobby which you used to enjoy a lot!) - dancing, singing, painting, listening to soothing music, playing musical instruments, etc. (believe me, you would really enjoy doing this alone as well or may be with your friends, kids). Medication: take homoeopathic medication - schwabe's bacopa monierri 1x/ thrice daily and kali phos. 6x/ once at night - take them for 4 weeks.

You are just 20 years old and you can definitely achieve the fit body with good amount of muscle tissue. Smoking does effect your health in lot of ways. Quit smoking to have a healthy life. However, the healthy way of putting on weight is good diet and exercise. Now, you should focus on what you are eating. Increase your protein intake and good fats. Avoid fried foods and sweets. Take more protein rich foods such as eggs, fish, lean meat, soya chunks, paneer, curds. You should aim at increasing weight through proper diet rich in multiple sources of protein, complex carbs, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals. You should consult a health coach/nutritionist for getting a proper advise on how to increase your weight in the right way. The weight increasing supplements that are usually marketed on tv and media have lot of carbs and sugars, which increase your weight by the way of increasing your fat percentage, which is not the right thing to do. I feel exhausted all day long I see bad dreams almost every night of witches ghosts and murdering someone I forget alot but when I got to gym at 4 pm I have so much energy as I cannot even imagine just this time I come alive and I feel like nothing no emotions I have I feel I am not sad neither I am happy I am just normal no fear no desire nothing just a hollow space I feel to feel I do take alcohol sometimes just there are only times when I feel anxiety when I feel I have been left behind in life and I just want to get out of that feel then I run to trace which my dad takes which was prescribed to him by his doc I feel like I can go insane and harm others and I feel like my body or someone in head asks me to do wrong things like my own subconscious says to do weired things to people and I try to stop it to the utmost overall I feel nothing but not normal for sure I would not even regret If I would die it's like for me it does not matter because I don't feel it I don't feel what death is to me or any emotion how can I retain my emotions doc.

Dear lybrate-user, You may be suffering from a treatable mental disorder. May be your father is also suffering from the same disorder. One of the symptoms of this disorder is, what psychiatrist call as apathy or lack of emotions. May be you also have an auditory hallucination, someone in head asking you to do wrong things. Please at the earliest consult a psychiatrist and get diagnosed. Treatment may be long, but it is worth to live a better quality of life. But it is better that you don't take your dad's drugs on your own or start alcohol. They may not be proper treatment for your age and the type of work that you do.

The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. He has just come back from the hospital from a bad stomach bug he's still got it but he's a bit better now. He's not eaten or drank anything. I am worried about him getting dehydrated. But I don't know what to give him. Because everything comes back up. What can I give him to eat or drink that will stay in his stomach and won't come back up.

Breast cancer is a type of cancer, which occurs due to the development of cancerous cells in breasts. Women are usually affected by breast cancer and breast cancer is one of the most common forms of cancer after skin cancer. Usually fatal if not diagnosed in its early stage, breast cancer is a very serious medical ailment. Symptoms
Breast cancer has few distinct characteristics and if you have a few or all the following symptoms you could be more likely to suffer from breast cancer.
a) The formation of a lump in your breast, which is different from the surrounding tissue and usually more thickened.
b) The discharge of bloody fluid material from the nipples.
c) Sudden change of the size, shape and appearance of the breast.
d) Certain distinct changes to the skin over the breast for example an indentation in the skin similar to that of a dimple.
e) Appearance of an extra nipple which is inverted.
f) If the darkened area around the nipples known as the areola is flaking or peeling off.

Causes
Studies and researches remain inconclusive on what causes breast cancer. Breast cancer occurs due to abnormal division of the cells located in the breast, which over time accumulate and form lumps. They
might spread to other parts of the body. Breast cancer is caused mainly due to a complex interaction of personal genetics, environment and lifestyle choices. Breast cancer can also be caused due to genetics as about 5% to 10% of cases are due to gene mutations which pass onto generations.

Risk factors
There are certain factors, which increase the probability of contracting breast cancer. Increasing age, personal and family history of breast cancer, obesity, radiation exposure, pregnancy at an older age, postmenopausal hormone therapy are some of the factors that increase the chances of breast cancer.

Treatment
Several forms of surgical methods exist to treat breast cancer. Depending on the condition and spread of the disease a suitable surgery is performed. These include mastectomy, lumpectomy, axillary lymph node dissection and removal of both breasts. Other forms of treatment include chemotherapy or the use of high doses of drugs to destroy cancerous cells. Radiation therapy where X-rays are used to destroy the cancer cells is also effective.

Stop smoking & alcohol rule out high blood pressure or any other kidney problem do hot fomentation keep a pillow under the legs at night &/when resting. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do knee exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. You will need other supportive medicines also. Do reply back for private consultation. And detailed treatment plan. Don? t ignore. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

1) drink boiled jeera water whole the day 2) daily 30min brisk walk 3) have daily greenleafy vegetables 4) avoid panner, chat masala, sweets like jamoon, jilebi, mysorepak, badasha etc.
