Your pain might be because of your forward head posture which comes because of long sitting and studying. Start massage over back of the neck, hot fermentation for 15 minutes, Stretching your neck backward, sideways. Avoid bending forward more.

I have recently started running recently.(5 times a week) I have started feeling pain in my shin area which I fear may develop into shin splints. I had the same problem last year when I started running and had to go through a month's physiotherapy. I can feel the pain if I press below the shin bone with my fingers. Should I use compression sleeves or is there any spray or cream I can use?

As per my understanding you have to improve the strength of your bones. You are getting pain because of weak bones. Try Homeopathic medicines. Temporary using of creams, pain killers and compression sleeves will not solve your problem. Take a glass of milk daily morning and evening and a boiled egg.

5 Symptoms Of Bursitis!

5 Symptoms Of Bursitis!

Bursitis is a disorder that is characterized by inflammation of a fluid filled sac called the bursa. Bursa is present in between various tissues such as muscles, tendons and bones where friction may occur. This sac cushions the tissues and prevents friction. The usual areas that are affected by this condition are hip, shoulder and the elbows.

The symptoms of bursitis are:
1. You will experience pain in the affected area
2. Tightness and stiffness in the area
3. Local swelling of the muscle
4. Redness of the area
5. Any physical contact with the area causes pain

Bursitis may also occur due to the following reasons:
1. Ageing results in loss of elasticity of the tendons, thus impairing their ability to tolerate any stressful activity
2. Sports such as baseball where you are required to throw the ball with force may lead to bursitis
3. If you do tasks that require kneeling down on a regular basis
4. Sitting on hard surfaces for extended periods of time
5. Abnormalities such as improperly placed joints
6. Inflammation from other conditions such as gout, thyroid disorders and rheumatoid arthritis may lead to bursitis

Treatment
The condition is treated by using a variety of methods such as exercise and medication. Antibiotics are used to treat any underlying infection causing bursitis. Injections may be administered to reduce inflammation in the affected area along with exercises to strengthen the affected muscle. In severe cases, the doctor may resort to surgery to treat this condition.

Prevention
You may use certain preventive measures to stay clear of bursitis. Some of them are
1. Lift with proper form: If you are lifting something heavy, then make sure you keep the spine straight and bend your knees slightly.
2. Take breaks: Don’t remain in the same position for long durations, take small breaks and walk around to release the stress from your legs.
3. Exercise: Do strength building workouts to build strength in the joints. Include mobility and flexibility stretches in your routine to keep your joints healthy, thus increasing the range of motion.
4. Maintain optimal weight levels: If you are obese, then take steps to reduce your weight. Maintain a proper diet to check your waistline.

Im a 27 year old female. Im having severe headache from past many years. I had taken treatment they told me I have migraine which is like I have it daily it has become like my daily routine. Cause of this severe headache I become so tired and the tablets used to make me so drowsy so I stopped taking the tablets nor going to doctor just adjusting with the headache without doing anything this headache makes me go irritated for every little things and sometimes food does not gets digested. I have low bp and low blood count I become tired without even doing anything. Cause of that I do not do anything like jogging or walking. I was using lens frm many years but now I recently tested my eyes and im wearing specs. Yesterday night too was suffering from headache. Is there a solution for my headache?

Yes for sure. You have to treat the root cause and not the symptom -Headache alone .Your Dr. Has to treat the whole patient and not the disease? Migraine alone. Treat the reversible causes and triggers for headache first. The cause for the headache may not be in your head it can be due to problems arising elsewhere in the body like Gastric issues, BP ,food sensitivity, Stress, Eye, ENT, problems ,environmental toxins. They can be the cause either alone or in combination. If your test results are all normal but you are still having symptoms that clearly indicates your Dr. Has not addressed your diet and lifestyle, has done incomplete lab testing and not given you the right dietary and lifestyle advice. Dr. medicating you without educating you puts a temporary fix which is more profitable for the doctor and expensive for you because you have to visit him frequently. Always learn about natural alternate therapy by asking your Dr. or reading up from the right sources. Your headache will remain if your Doctor 1) Has not taken detailed dietary, eating and lifestyle habits history. 2) Not done the comprehensive lab testing which should include tests for inflammation, mineral and vitamin deficiency. Focusing only on doing tests specific to your complaint will not fix your problem These 2 steps needs to be done correctly before suggesting the correct treatment. Take a. Consult after sending feedback with name and contact number .All diseases begin in the gut and no health issue can be fixed without fixing diet and lifestyle.

Leg PainIf you have leg pain then you have to rule out the casues for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain. Pain in the back while walking and standing Pain in the right legIf you have leg pain please check your body weight and your hemoglobin levels, as Anemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. My suggestion would be to wear MCR Chapels which will help you to prevent the weight falling on the If you have back pain while walking and standing first of all check your weight and your hemoglobin levels, as Anemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. My suggestion would be to wear MCR Chapels which will help you to prevent the weight falling on the back. And also should check whether you have flat foot on the right leg that also might be the reason to have pain in one particular leg Pain in the left side of the leg/thighThe compression of the sciatic nerve should be around the right side that's the reason you have pain in the left side. That's the reason you cannot sit or stand and it is exactly around the L5 vertebrae where the sciatic nerve passes by.

Neck PainThis is cervical pain (neck pain) and that's the reason the pain radiates until the shoulder blades. If you keep ice that would help and along side you can do hot water fermentation. You shall use cervical collar which would help you to reduce the radiating pain ie. Due to the nerve compression. Cervical spondylosis – chronic condition with radiating pain As your rightly said you have to go for traction and also you can do IFT. Please consult the near by therapist for quick relief. Since you have pain for more than 10 years it is suggestible to go for cervical muscle strengthening exercise. Use collar will definitely be helpful for him to maintain the good posture. And also cervical pillow can be used which might make you to have better posture of the shoulder neck and arm.
