Hello, TSH level 7 mU/L, is considered sub-clinical hypothyroidism. Treatment is advised only after TSH goes over 10 mU/L. Now at this level one needs to take precautions like avoiding soy beans, soy containing product, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, radish, mustard, peanuts and coffee. Plus consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits. Always use whole grain flour for chapati and roti. Avoid bakery products and other items made of maida. Exercise regularly to maintain normal weight and take a balanced diet providing exact calories based on ideal body weight and extent of daily physical activity. Plus check your TSh level at least once in 3 to 4 months. Thanks.

Mr Iqbal, If your sugar levels are as follows : Fasting <100mg and PP closer to 150 to 160 mg and HbA1c% <7, then it can be said that diabetes is under control. For controlling pyorrhea, maintain good oral hygiene, use mouth wash twice a day, brush teeth at least twice a day. Plus better to see a dental surgeon.

High uric acid level can be caused when human body either produces too much uric acid or your kidneys do not eliminate uric acid rapidly enough. A high uric acid level may cause increasingly frequent attacks of gout. A high uric acid level may also cause some people to develop kidney stones or kidney failure. And some people with a high uric acid level also develop high blood pressure, heart disease or chronic kidney disease. Factors that may cause a high uric acid level in your blood include: Diuretic medications , Drinking too much alcohol, Genetics disorder , hypothyroidism , Immune-suppressing drugs, Niacin, or vitamin B-3, obesity, psoriasis, Purine-rich diet — organ meat, dried beans, driedpeas, mushrooms and other foods Avoid protein diets, avoid more milk products. bad habits , fast food/fat/oily,salty foods. Coffee, smoking, alcohol intake. Non-veg., take whole grain,oats,green veg.,plenty of water in day time, 1 glass of water at night before bed. Do test KFT every 6 months to monitor levels of it. In diabetes, one can eat orange, sweet lemon, apple, pear, pomegranate, guava and papaya etc. You should avoid mango, banana, chikkoos and grapes etc.

गर्मियों में प्रयोग न करें क्योंकि इसकी तासीर गर्म होती है - ताजा काढ़ा बनाएं व सुबह ही इसे पिएं !
गर्भवती व पित्त प्रकृति वाले प्रयोग न करें !
☼ माहवारी कम आना :-
अत्यधिक दर्द और अनियमितता जैसी समस्या होने पर रात को सोने से पहले एक गिलास उबले हुए दूध में चुटकी भर हल्दी डालकर पिएं !

* पंचकोल चूर्ण व त्रिफला चूर्ण ( दोनों 100 ग्राम मात्रा में ) मिलाकर रखें !
सुबह - शाम भोजन के बाद चौथाई चम्मच लेने से बढ़ा हुआ कोलेस्ट्रॉल व वसा नियंत्रित होते हैं !

hi, I am a registered dietitian, certified diabetes educator and a doctor (general physician) who will help you in your diabetes problem. Do let me know your hba1c value? also you need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high fiber prescribed diet which includes soluble fibre like apple, isabgol etc. Get more physical activity by prescription from a registered dietitian eat a balanced diet which includes whole grains and excludes all refined products like maida as prescribed by a registered dietitian, if you're overweight, diabetes prevention may hinge on weight loss. Every pound you lose can improve your health, and you may be surprised by how much. Participants in one large study who lost a modest amount of weight around 7 percent of initial body weight and exercised regularly reduced the risk of developing diabetes by almost 60 percent. Hello, take thyroidinum 200, 5 drops, once in a week and thyroidinum 3x, 2 tabs once daily in the morning empty stomach. Take bacopa monn. Q, 15 drops with water once daily. Thanks. Revert me after 1 month.

Actually pain at calf/leg region can be due to many reasons, commonly it is muscular in nature but it can also be due to tendons, nerves, blood vessels etc. My advise to you for initial 2-3 weeks will be: - ice packs application intensively with elevation of your limbs at night - take a short course of anti-inflammatory medication as per your body's suitability like tab etoshine 60 mg twice a day can be taken for 5-7 days - stop your physical activity till pain completely subsides - intensive physical therapy, training and proper muscle conditioning once pain has subsided - slow resumption of physical activities with proper pre activity warm up and stretching of muscles and short increments in duration of physical activity each day as per pain tolerance. - we will get some blood tests for you - serum vitamin d and serum potassium levels, esr and crp once you have all these reports then you can contact me as I can advise you for proper supplementation do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

Best to get your blood tested for fasting and post 2hr sugars, oral glucose tolerance test can be done, or simply an hb1ac value from the lab. Then consult a diabetolgist for further advise.

1. Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily (brisk walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling etc) 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, carrot, tomato, j legume. D) avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, sapota, seethaphal jack fruit, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, jack fruit, sweet potato, a handful of walnut daily (akhrot) e) avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. F) avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. G) avoid red meat. Take fish/chicken. H) avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4. where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving THYROXINE tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Hello, there are mainly 2 types of diabetes are present. T1 dm where there is no insulin produced in the body, these patients need for treatment and survival only insulin injection. T2 dm where there is lack of insulin or/and there may be resistance to its action. This is commonest variety with 90 to 95% patients belonging to this category. It runs in the families. Can be treated by oral drugs and / or insulin. Fasting sugar >126 mg and pp 200 mg and above is diagnosed as diabetes. This needs treatment. Reducing hyperglycemia is a must to prevent or delay the long term complications of diabetes. Drugs, controlled diet and weight reduction and exercise are part of the treatment.
