Hello lybrate-user. By glands if you mean, some reddish rash, it may be due to body heat. Stop intake of spicy, oily food, curd, non veg for 2 week. Take 20 gm avipatti choorna morning at 7 am, drink warm water every 30 min. It will clean your bowel. (u will have to stay in house while taking this). Take enough water. If the rash is big and painfull, do the same + take nimbadi Kashayam 20 ml with 60 ml water 3 times 30 min before food. Kaisora guggulu tablet 3 times with kashayam. For 2 week. Apply haritaki paste on the rash. Thank you.

M suffering from pcos from last 1 year. Doing regular exercise n also diet is also very much controlled mostly vegetables and fish I eat. But weight is not reducing which I was advised by the doctor. At present taking medicine Rediva ma and d gain. How can I reduce my weight.

Hallo madam. You have a hormone imbalance in you, your weight gain is due to it. 1st you have to do a general ayurvedic detoxification. Then you can start planned diet and 1 hr walk. Only this will help you to reduce weight and pcos. Thank you.

My age is 68 yrs, weight 72 Kgs, Height 5' 10' My waist is 38" I want to lose around 3/4 Kgs in weight and reduce waist by 2/3 inches. At the moment I do neither exercise nor walking. Kindly advise suitable exercise with time period. D K Jain, Delhi.

Hallo, weght reduction is possible by planned diet. For that you have to mentally prepare. Because you have to maintain that for at least 3 months. Exercise the best is walking, 1 hour daily. Make a chart of protein foods. Have it. Stop carbohydrate. Sugar. Common salt (use rock salt). Wheat. Rava. Maida. Start with only fruits for 4 days then shift to pure protein diet for 1 month. Then you can use rice once daily. Increase walking time. Do yogasana = parswatrikonasana. Suryanamaskara.

Hallo. You have not mentioned your dad's age. May be related with age. If you take x-Ray you may see porosis. You have to do ayurveda panchakarma treatment. This will reduce degeneration of joint. Otherwise the pain will not be reduced. For temporary relief put cotton dipped in warm oil over knee for 20 minutes. And take yogarajaguggulu tablet BD. Thank you.

Hallo lybrate-user. If you had dislocation 3 year back. It is important to know details of injury. Because the way of injury help to give an idea about the structures which can be involved in the injury. What I think is you had a ligament injury at that time which was given less attention. This could trigger the pain in long run. Best way to improve joint stability is to have soup of goat meat. If you are veg you can have sprouts soup. Include protein foods daily. Also apply oil do massage daily.

Hallo sir, You have mentioned that you are doing desk job. I hope you are IT prof. If you are sitting continuously for long hours, daily, it is a serious reason for your weight gain. Gaining weight will be due to - Type of food. If you have fast food on daily basis. Timing of having good food. (specially missing Morning breakfast, having HEAVY food after 8 pm) Lack of exercise. Lack of sound sleep. Sitting Jobs. Mental stress. Are some major problem. Before taking any medicine. Please correct, any of the above reasons if you have. Type of food- do not stop intake of food all of a sudden, which is very unhealthy. Increase fibrous food more. Reduce carbohydrate. Do not sit continuously for hours. Take a walk in between. Try to have dinner before 8 PM, Light food. And ABOVE ALL. Be patient. Gaining weight will be faster, but to loss that is slower. And the slow method is healthier. Thank you.

Hallo there. I hope you are very much stressed. Try to remain calm. Loss of sleep is due to several reasons. Most common for present youngsters is due to over use of mobile, computer and t. V. I can suggest some simple changes in your life to be adopted. Have light dinner and early about 7pm. Stop t. V and computer 2hrs before going to sleep. Have a shower after reaching apartment in the evening. Take deep breath before going to bed few times.

Hallo. To get up early morning, is very difficult to all is not it? why is it difficult? think differently, try to sleep early and have a sound sleep, normaly you will wake up early. Why can not we have a sound sleep? its becouse of our lifestyle. Try to have light food at night, have dinner early by7. Do not see tv till you sleep. Stop it 2hrs before you sleep. Go to bed by 10. You will wake up by 5, 5.30 etc. Benifit. Just before sun set. It is the best time, where our mind is completly active, and that we can train it to our way. High concentration power. Ability to think in a higher level. We can feel the difference quickly if you practice it. Thank you.
