Benefits of Fat loss over weight loss

So Hi guys, this is your very own dietician and sports nutritionist Himanshu and today I am going to share some valuable information with you. The topic for the day is weight loss vs. fat loss.

So weight loss ka matlab kya hota hain, jab koi insaan kaam khana khaake weight loss kare aur kapdo mein apne fit ajaye uska simple sida hisaab hain weight loss. When you talk about fat loss. Fat loss mein kya hota hain, when you eat a certain amount of food and particular amount of food through which you lose fat and preserved muscles, right.

There are a lot of differences between weight loss and fat loss. Weight loss means that you are going to have decreased energy number 1; fatigue number 2; you know lagging skin number 3, right. You will be out of focus from your work, number 4; you will lose muscle number 5; and yeah, you will look good in clothes but not when you talk off your clothes, right. Who wants it? Now if you talk about fat loss, okay. Fat loss will give you better energy, better skin, better hair; it will improve your athletic performance, right. And apart that it will burst up your serotonin levels which will help you to sleep as well.

Many people when they are on their fat loss journey or weight loss journey as you say. They make a lot of mistakes. They tend to eat anything but they become calorie deficit. And when people are on their weight loss journey, they tend to make a lot of mistakes, they eat some amount of food, and anything, and still be calorie deficit. That is the easiest way to lose weight. But that is not the way to lose fat. Jab aap weight loss kar raahe hota hai, aur jab aap khatam karteh hai aapke end stage pe tab aapki skin loose ho jaati hain, that means what you have lost is water, number 1; proteins through muscles, number 2; and a lot of other things.

Your immune system gets down, you hair starts to fall, number 2; and other things. If you talk about fat loss, you will preserve muscles. Jab aap fat loss karenge, tab aapki muscle tonicity bohut aachi hogi. If you talk about the skin tonicity it will be stretched out, and it will have a lot of benefits when you do fat loss.
